We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• The listing or price contains an apparent error.
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised.
• Multiple orders appear to be placed for resale or misuse.
• The delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
• A payment or Cash on Delivery verification is unsuccessful.
• The order cannot be fulfilled because of supplier, courier, or operational limitations.

If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you using the details provided during checkout.

4. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all orders and customer-support requests.

You are responsible for checking your name, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and other order details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and applicable charges are displayed on the website or during checkout.

The final amount payable, including applicable delivery charges and taxes shown at checkout, should be reviewed before you place your order.

We accept only the payment methods displayed and available at checkout. These may include online payment methods and Cash on Delivery for eligible products, locations, and orders.

Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not intentionally store complete card details on our systems.

You agree not to use an unauthorised payment method or provide false payment information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other logistical conditions.

An estimated delivery timeframe, where available, may be shown during checkout or communicated after order confirmation. An estimated timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details may be shared after dispatch. Courier tracking updates may take time to appear or may not be available for every shipment.

If an order is delayed, lost, or undelivered, contact support@upickeasy.com with your order number. We will review the shipment status and communicate the next available steps.

7. Returns, Replacements, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

You may request an eligible return or replacement within 5 days of delivery by contacting support@upickeasy.com.

An unboxing video is strongly recommended for claims involving damage, missing items, or an incorrect product, but it is not compulsory for submitting a claim.

Orders may be cancelled by contacting support@upickeasy.com before dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

8. Customer Content and Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, comments, or other content to us, you agree that:
